Yard Care & Cleanup Crew Member
Seasonal • Part-time / Full-time
Hands-on yard work, cleanups, and garden care — great for someone who likes being active outdoors.
You’ll help with
- Spring and fall cleanups (leaves, debris, hauling)
- Garden bed weeding and maintenance
- Hedge trimming and basic pruning
- Lawn care support (mowing/edging)
- Keeping job sites tidy and professional
- Pressure washing driveways, patios, etc.
Good fit if you
- Show up on time and communicate clearly
- Can lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Have a positive attitude and care about quality
- Have a valid driver’s license and can drive a truck/van (asset)
Team Lead (Experience Required)
Seasonal • Leadership
Lead a small crew, keep work high-quality, and help jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll help with
- Leading a small crew on job sites
- Quality control, task planning, and client communication
- Training newer team members
- Keeping jobs on schedule and equipment organized
Good fit if you
- Have landscaping/yard care experience
- Are dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Have a valid driver’s license and can drive a truck/van (strong asset)
